For some reason, there has always been this mystique around the American Psychological Association (APA) Publication Mannual. I've never seen the real thing, but have toiled for hours hunting down information on line and editing my papers and reference lists to meet it's critera.
Well, I had to buy it for a class this semester. Turns out it's only about 30.00. Hmm. I did get that "new textbook" excited feeling though (even though it's not an actual textbook), and there is something very comforting and a little bit exciting about having a copy for myself now. Sigh. Nerd-o. I know.
