Sprinkle it over yogurt. It's kind of like cookies and cream.
I often take an all bran bar or two in my bag when working etc., for a snack. I frequently forget them there till they are all broken and crumbled in the package (and thus difficult to eat on the go).
So today I dumped one out onto fat free no sugar added strawberry yogurt, and it was SO good!!
Okay, I'm weird. I know.
